Yoga

​     Yoga is a movement based practice that intertwines breath and intentionality. Yoga creates a safe space in your body that allows you to accept parts of yourself that may not come up every day. Emotions explored in yoga are happiness, sadness, gratitude, anger, joy, excitement, and grief. It is a combination of physical exercise and emotionally focused therapy. A unique benefit of yoga is that it empowers teacher and student(s) to focus on moving around emotions and memories that are hard to articulate and discuss.
